Tim (he/him) brings world-class experience in incident support, leadership development, and working with diverse teams. Tim thrives collaborating with leaders to find effective solutions. He offers consultation, coaching, professional supervision, and facilitates training workshops.
Tim has over 35 years of experience, which makes him our most experienced clinician. He has led development organisations in the context of complex conflict including working alongside Tony Blair. Tim has worked in the Middle East, west Africa, the Caribbean, Asia and the United States including in trauma response, such as supporting refugees and those in conflict areas.

Tim has published in national and international academic journals. He also developed and led courses on the topic of leadership ethics and ethical decision-making, which he ran at a number of New York universities remotely. His style is open and collaborative.

Tim is based in Canterbury Waitaha. Outside of work, he enjoys discussing philosophy and hosting dinner parties.
